They're adjustable, like other reviewers state... even the smallest of adjustments can make all the difference. They're also great for beginners and even for those who like it a bit rougher (pull and wiggle them and see your partners face go wide!) . My only complaint, and why this products get 4 stars is: the black coating on the clamp easily falls off and once you lose that little thing of rubber you really shouldn't use the clamp anymore cause you can damage the nerves in the nipples. Secondly if you have lube or a warming gel (I like tiger palm) already on your nipples, these puppies won't stick. They slowly slip off. On the upside of the slip off is, as they're slipping and coming close to the end of your nipple, the pain increases, and once they slip off it can feel orgasmic.
