Intense, if you want nipple clamps that clamp these are the ones. I like these because of the firmness I can get quickly and easily. The weight of the balls is great and creates more pleasure when they swing.

A bit fierce for the moderately sensitive. The surface area is quite small and therefore quite fierce, particularly as it is difficult to make small adjustments to the overall pressure.Will suit those looking for an intense sensation.
