VERY challenging to put together. Once you've figured it out though, it's fun to use. The top part doesn't stay in place very well. Cuffs are very comfortable.

If you are in a position where your legs are bent and your calves touch the buckles on your thighs, they leave sore indents in your calves. It can be pretty painful. Other than that, you can be creative as to where you clip your cuffs to. Clip them to your thighs, cross them over your chest, behind your back.. etc. Also the harness itself is great for your partner to pull back on if they are behind you. So far it seems to be very strong and as it says, "heavy duty". A tad pricey, glad we got it on sale. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.
