The remote control love ring arrived in the distinctive Fifty Shades of Grey packaging with each part of the kit neatly packed in separate sections within the box. It also comes with a satin toy bag for easy storage/transport. Upon taking the love ring out of the box you get the instant feeling of it being a high quality item and not just for being part of the Fifty Shades of Grey family. It is very smooth and soft to touch. The next thing to do was to charge it. This was not an easy process. Although it comes with a plastic sheathed metal loop, this didn't really help with getting the bullet out of the love ring to be able to take the cap off to charge it. It didn't last long before the loop just broke off, which thankfully didn't leave sharp edges, which could have potentially caused slight injury when using it. In the end I managed to manoeuvre the love ring enough to be able to get access to the charging point. The charge time can take anything up to 120 minutes, so would recommend that you have some charge in it so you aren't caught short. When finally charged it was time to test out the device. The constriction ring is straight forward to fit around the balls as is the ring for the shaft but make sure you put some lubricant over them to make your life easier in being able to get them on. To turn on the love ring, you press the button on the bullet and then the button on the remote, which you then cycle through the different patterns using the power button on the the remote and then alter the speed setting using the + or - button accordingly to match the speed you want. The pattern and speed vary so much that you should easy be able to find one that suits you or that you prefer. I have had a few love rings in the past, but this one is by far the best, especially with having the constriction ring to go over the balls as this definitely makes the climaxing last longer, which makes it more enjoyable for me as well as the OH. No mean feat. It's a proper snug fit and it took me a while. However, that's a doddle compared to getting the vibe back in the sheath. It sounds awkward, and to be frank, it is. It's a necessity though - a tight fit means better vibe transfer. Another tight fit is getting the cock ring on. Two rings - larger one to go over and around the balls and smaller one for around base of penis. Top tip, try warming the silicone up first (warm water) and using a little lube. Tight means good though. I have really strong erections using this! It's pretty straight forward to use, a button on the cock ring both turns it on/off and changes function (10 patterns plus several constant speeds). The remote features more usability with 3 buttons. The cock ring also has an antenna - something I'd not seen before. My wife and I were thrilled and excited to receive this toy to test in exchange for an honest review for Lovehoney. We’d used cock-rings a few times before but never combined with vibrations, so we were happy to put our names forward to try out these new pleasures. The Fifty Shades of Grey branded box is well designed and set the stage nicely for what was to come. Inside we found the cock ring and bullet vibe, charging cable and remote. The silver/grey satin drawstring storage bag is an elegant touch too, and ideal for keeping all the bits together for storage. Top marks so far then... The build quality, presentation and feel of all parts are really reassuring, just as with the few other products from the Fifty Shades range that we’ve collected. As for putting it on: the bigger ring fits me perfectly worn around both the entire cock and balls and it’s really comfy for longer wear. It really helps maintain firmer erections for longer and positions the powerful bullet vibrator snugly at the base of the shaft. The rumbly vibrations travel well internally, and the feeling’s satisfying and exciting for us both without being overwhelming or numbing.  On first use, things seemed to go downhill in other ways though. The size and amount of stretch on the penis ring made it a bit tight to wear at the base for me and stopped my climax short. This was a disappointment, and the whole lot went back in the drawer for a few days: Initially a low or middling score seemed inevitable. I’m used to more stretchy softer silicone rings, and I love a bit of constriction, but I guess this toy exposed that I don’t like very much at the base of the penis.
