So, I will start by saying that I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obliged to share the experience with this amazing Kegel balls and its app. My mother had a brain stroke a couple years ago and some of her physical functions never recovered, like her capability to hold her urine. The doctor recommended Kegel balls exercise to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. I purchased a regular Kegel balls, but I did not see any improvement. I also wasn’t sure if she was doing it correctly. After doing several researches I came across with this Kegel. It is amazing. The app measures and keeps track of the intensity or the strengthen applied during each exercise, besides that it is super fun to do. There is bird on the app that as you squeeze your pelvis, the bird flies higher and higher and if the bird goes to the top you score points, like a game. To add more fun, it vibrates. To make this Kegel toy even more special the trainer's voice from the app guide can be set in several different languages. My mother only speaks Portuguese so this was extra special to me. After 2 months using it she is now able to feel and hold the pee. It was life changing for her. As I researched to find a solution for my mother I found that this is a common problem found even in younger women. Here is the solution. We exercise so many muscles of the body why not remember to take care of our pelvic floor?
