The strong chemical smell coming from it when it arrived, even after washing it, is a real turn off. Rabbit ears too soft and flexible so don't apply any pressure and although probably just a personal preference the thrusting didn't do much for me. Will probably throw away and stick to my old Rabbit

The product came quickly, and the packaging was very discreet. It comes without a charge so as soon as I could I put it on charge (easy to work how to charge without instructions). Such an embarrassing way to end a work trip! Even though it had started buzzing again, I couldn’t change any of the settings so I still returned it. My replacement toy worked fine, but I never took it in the shower because I didn’t want to chance it. It lasts a really long time on a full charge, so I’ve only charged it a handful of times over the last year but now it won’t work. Nothing happens when I plug it in. It looks like the little pin inside has bent or broken, which can only be due to poor quality because it’s very protected and the only thing that’s been near the internal plug in is the cord that came with it. Charging issue?

ITS GREAT. had two so far buy both ended up having charging issues. Every time I’d charge, it was properly set aside but the inside port on each one got physically messed up and damaged (not water damage or anything). I even ordered a new charger but that didn’t work either
