Welcome to the future of penis pumping.  This is a fully customizable attachment for the Size Matters Penis Hand Pump.  Each cylinder is hand crafted and made of the finest, industrial strength crystal clear acrylics. The cylinders are tapered toward the top to match the natural anatomy of your penis for maximum comfort. No gaskets are required. Each cylinder contains a state-of-the-art air valve which allows for quick and easy disconnection from the pump while maintaining pressure within the cylinder.

this cylinder crack with a week,

The cylinder is made of cheap plastic that cracks under negative pressue. This is the second cylinder I purchased which cracked again. I replaced the $51 cylinder with a $5.00 piece of PVC pipe which works fine.

The hose attachment does not keep the hose tight enough to gain pressure you have to keep pushing down on it to get it to work very awkward I would give it 4 stars for that reason the main cylinder is good quality though

It’s quality made so I gave it 3 stars. But be warned, if the tip of your member is as thick as the shaft (or thicker) this pump is uncomfortable. The cylinder tapers to less than 2” towards the end, therefore making it impossible for someone with more girth to use it. I wish that was in the description before I bought it. Wasted money.
