I'm loving this, I wear it all day and prefer it over the Ox Balls. It's much more comfortable and wearing this definitely boosted my sex drive. The opening is 33mm and my "boys" are 18cm in circumference, I seriously doubt that it would fit if it was any smaller. At first, it seems like an impossible task but it wasn't to long before I figured it out. However, it takes some time to rig up, not a quick process, so once it's on, it's on. Also be carful when tightening the screws, they will pinch you on the opposite side when your on the last turn. I also found that when the clamp seam is located on a skin crease, it would irritate the skin. All you have to do is rotate the stretcher a little or smooth out the skin crease. Personally, I wouldn't recommend any more weight for a starter.

This is a well made product but not wanting to brag it was to small for me , inside dia is 35mm and i have since purchased a 50mm inside dia one and that fits really well.
