The silicon sleeve is nice, has a fairly realistic feel and pleasant friction from the veins and sculpting. It's a good width for vaginal play and enhances stimulation of the labia and perineum, and clit and g-spot if you move it around. It'd be better if it were curved slightly, but the sleeve is thick enough that you can keep a grip on it without getting cramps in your hand or wrist. I'm thinking about getting another one so I can penetrate anally simultaneously. There was no noticeable plastic smell after it was washed.
