Because it is hollow, the tip doesn't have a very gradual taper. It's a blunt side that tapers after it starts. Not your typical toy! I was finally able to get it inside. Now I'm an average size adult male, but this thing basically closed up when I got it in. If I wanted to stick a toy or finger through the hole I would have a pretty tough time doing so. I will say the base is a nice size, and keeps this thing from entering completely (as any anal toy should). I would recommend having a good bowel movement before using this. Something about an open hole straight out just seems a bit risky if you aren't preplanning what you are doing. Clean up of the toy was easy. I just used my toy cleaner and warm water.
