As other reviewers have said, these are not for beginners to nipple play. When I first, gingerly, attached my claw clamps to my nips, it felt like someone was trying to drive several needles through them. They were on and off in a few seconds!

Having read the other reviews, I took the plunge and purchased the nipple clamps, well what a purchase just perfect, the pain from these is very intense, or exquisite as the title says, had no trouble whatsoever wearing these, just make sure you don’t just grab the nipple end, ( tried the adjustment on one of the earlier reviews couldn’t see what they meant) well worth the investment
