I have tried sounding for the first time and this looked timid/mean enough for a beginner. Was very apprehensive at first but had googled first so I could do it safely. Loads of lube on cock end and toy, open him up a bit and cautiously place toy near hole, don’t know what I worried about, slid in so easy and pain free with the weight of the toy and the slippyness of the lube.
