CleanStream Deluxe Enema Bulb

The CleanStream Deluxe Enema Bulb by XR Brands is a versatile, body-safe silicone device designed for efficient and comfortable cleansing of both the anal and vaginal areas. This manual bulb offers a gentle yet effective way to maintain hygiene or prepare for intimate activities without the need for batteries or electrical components.

Constructed from premium, phthalate-free silicone, the bulb ensures a safe experience for sensitive skin while providing a smooth, flexible tip that is ergonomically designed for easy insertion. With a generous capacity of approximately 300ml (roughly 10 fluid ounces), it holds enough liquid to perform a thorough cleansing session or a smaller, targeted rinse, making it suitable for various personal care needs.

The device features a long, smooth nozzle with a carved end, which helps guide the liquid flow comfortably and securely. The bulb itself is equipped with an easy-grip design, allowing users to maintain ultimate control over the release of liquid, whether they are using it for solo hygiene, partner play, or specific anal stimulation scenarios. Its non-electric nature makes it a practical, discreet, and travel-friendly option for those seeking a reliable manual enema system.

For users concerned about material safety, this bulb is explicitly phthalate-free, ensuring that no harmful chemicals are leached during use or storage. The silicone material is non-porous, which simplifies the cleaning process as it can be easily washed with warm water and mild soap, or with a dedicated toy cleaner, before being air-dried and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

While the bulb is primarily marketed for anal and vaginal cleansing, its flexible design and smooth tip allow for a pleasurable sensation that can be enjoyed during intimate moments. The liquid can be plain water, though users are advised to use a warm, saline-based solution or a specialized enema fluid for optimal comfort and effectiveness. The nozzle's flexibility allows it to conform to different angles, ensuring a secure seal and preventing leaks during the filling or squeezing process.

It is important to note that this product is a manual device, meaning it relies on the user's hand strength to squeeze the bulb and release the liquid. This offers a customizable flow rate, allowing individuals to control the pressure and speed according to their comfort level. Unlike electric pumps, there are no batteries to replace or cords to manage, reducing maintenance and enhancing portability for use at home, in the shower, or while traveling (provided it is packed securely to prevent accidental squeezing).

The total length of the device, including the nozzle, is approximately 5.5 inches, with the bulb measuring about 9.5 inches in circumference. The nozzle tip is roughly 5.25 inches long, providing sufficient reach for most users while maintaining a safe, flared-free design that requires careful handling during insertion. Users should always ensure proper lubrication, even when using water, to facilitate smooth insertion and minimize discomfort, especially for beginners or those with sensitive tissue.

When using the CleanStream Deluxe Enema Bulb, it is recommended to start with a small amount of liquid to test the flow and comfort before proceeding with a full cleanse. The carved ends on the nozzle can help prevent the tip from sliding too far in, acting as a gentle stop to ensure safety. After use, the bulb should be cleaned thoroughly, sanitized if possible, and stored in a breathable bag to prevent material degradation or bacterial growth over time.

While the product is discontinued in some retailer collections, the design and specifications remain consistent with other models in the enema and douche category. It serves as a foundational tool for sexual wellness, offering a hygienic solution that promotes confidence and health in intimate practices. Whether used for medical reasons, such as preparing for certain procedures, or for recreational purposes, this bulb provides a straightforward, user-friendly approach to internal cleansing and stimulation.
