Description
The Pipedream Icicles No. 82 is a hand-blown glass anal toy designed for safe, temperature-play exploration and deep internal stimulation. Crafted from hypoallergenic, non-porous glass with a smooth, tapered tip and a textured shaft, this piece offers a luxurious, durable experience for both solo play and intimate partner moments.
This sleek, heart-shaped base ensures secure placement, while the unique swirl pattern on the shaft provides a distinctive ribbing sensation that reviewers consistently praise for its intensity. As a rigid, temperature-responsive glass wand, it can be heated or cooled for thrilling contrast, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a premium, long-lasting anal toy that is easy to clean and maintain.
Material Safety and Durability
The Icicles No. 82 is constructed entirely from high-quality, body-safe glass that is non-porous, ensuring it does not harbor bacteria or allergens. This material is phthalate-free and hypoallergenic, making it a safe choice for sensitive skin and mucous membranes. The glass is also shatter-resistant, designed to withstand small bumps and drops without cracking or chipping, providing peace of mind during use. Its rigid structure means it will not bend or flex, maintaining its shape for consistent stimulation.
Temperature Play and Sensory Experience
One of the standout features of this toy is its ability to hold temperature, allowing for exciting hot and cold play. You can warm the glass in hot water or a microwave-safe container, or chill it in cold water or the freezer to create a sensation that reviewers describe as 'icy chills' and 'hot thrills.' The glass adjusts quickly to your body temperature, reducing the risk of discomfort. The shaft features a tactile swirl pattern that offers a unique ribbing sensation, which some users note is surprisingly effective and adds a new dimension to anal play compared to smooth toys.
Design and Ergonomics
The toy features a distinct heart-shaped handle, making it easy to grip and maneuver, whether you are using it solo or with a partner. The tip is smooth and polished, facilitating easy insertion, while the shaft tapers gently before widening to the widest point. With an insertable length of 4 inches and a width of 1.5 inches at its widest point, it is considered a medium-to-large size, suitable for users with a larger anal opening or those who have grown accustomed to deeper toys. Reviewers often mention that while it is on the larger side, the smooth tapering makes it pleasant to use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Care for the Icicles No. 82 is straightforward due to the non-porous nature of the glass. It is safe to clean with warm soapy water, gentle antibacterial soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. The toy is waterproof and can be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher for easy sanitization. Avoid using alcohol or ammonia-based cleansers, as these can damage the glass. With proper care, the manufacturer states that the Icicles Collection is designed to last a lifetime, offering exceptional value.
Compatibility and Usage
This glass toy is compatible with all types of lubricants, including water-based and silicone-based options, ensuring a smooth, silkier sensation during use. It is a powerless toy, meaning it relies entirely on manual stimulation and temperature play rather than batteries or rechargeable batteries. It is suitable for use by anyone regardless of gender, fitting into the gender-neutral category. The toy is also suitable for couples, allowing for shared anal play experiences. Due to its rigid nature and lack of a battery, it is travel-friendly, though it is important to note that temperature play may be limited during travel depending on luggage restrictions.
